Tremix VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) is the gold standard for industrial and commercial concrete floors, delivering superior strength, flatness, and durability.
Tremix VDF flooring is a highly specialized concrete floor construction technique that uses vacuum dewatering to remove excess water from freshly laid concrete. This process results in a denser, stronger concrete surface with significantly reduced water-cement ratio.
The Tremix system uses suction mats and vacuum pumps to extract approximately 15–25% of the mixing water from the concrete surface, increasing the compressive strength by up to 70% compared to conventional concrete floors.
